Saudi based Brokers, abused Royal Family’s name to use the plane of a reputable Operator
Vision Private Aviation the Saudi Arabian Charter Brokerage Company -; have failed to settle a payment, which was due for a flight that was executed 3 months ago after it was confirmed by Mr. Dagher Dagher who acted as the Sales & Marketing Manager.
The CEO Mr. Abd El Elah Harakan have been in contact with the CEO of Executive Sky, a highly respected Air Operator company, and promised payment, time after time and never paid.
The payment terms of this flight were that Vision Private Aviation would provide full payment before the completion of the flight and accordingly sent a Transfer order to proof that they proceeded with the payment, on later stage Vision Private Aviation used the Royal Family’s name, specifically H.R.H Prince: SULTAN BIN MOHAMED BIN MISHAL BIN ABDULAZIZ AL SAUD (who was the lead passenger of this unpaid flight) as a means to assure that the payment has been made but there is bank delays, since the operator don’t operate any flight before full payment.
The documentation that we have posted along with this article, provides evidence that this company cannot be trusted. They have abused the Saudi Royal Family’s power and name by booking a flight, on behalf of a Saudi prince with no intention of paying for this flight. They have stolen from Executive Sky Operators and have continued to tell countless lies regarding the payment for this flight, claiming that the H.R.H Prince: SULTAN BIN MOHAMED BIN MISHAL BIN ABDULAZIZ AL SAUD didn’t pay for his flight.
Executive Sky have been more than lenient in this case and have given Vision Private Aviation, many chances to settle this debt. However all of these occasions have been fueled with further empty promises. Executive Sky regret to reveal the information of this fraudulent company, nevertheless they would like to inform all Operators in the Aviation industry to stay cautious and avoid this company at all costs.
If any of our readers have connections with the prince that was a passenger onboard this flight, we would like for him to be made aware of this crime and any information or contact details would be greatly appreciated.
